Hotel Meeting & Event Spaces

Project: Photograph hotel meeting and event spaces for Magnolia Hotel’s sales team to use as a tool for their sales needs. The images will be used in promotional materials, flyer design, sales blitz materials and pitch decks for meetings with event planners. 

Our ROLE: One of the main objectives during our on-location shoots at each of the 6 Magnolia Hotel properties is always to update the meeting and event space images the sales team has on file. It is important that we showcase each individual room’s usage, capacity and features so the sales team has all the images they need to sell the spaces to clients, especially when an on-site visit isn’t an option. Since the usage of the rooms vary from large weddings in the hotel’s ballroom to small team meetings, we aim to provide them with a variety of images that shows the space’s scale, adaptability and the potential for food and beverage stations, stage build outs and audio and video capabilities.
